Someone can always apply - especially a guy in a dira or a family without the yeshiva letter and see if they get accepted... can't hurt.
THEY DON'T ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE LETTER

I hear that if you have a Visa and you can show a positive anti bodies test you donít need to quarantine. Can anyone confirm this?

For those on a student Visa form to fill out is here:
https://embassies.gov.il/new-york/ConsularServices/Pages/consular-department.aspx
You must have been in yeshiva in Israel for most of the past 12 months.
I'm not who you think I am.

Iíve also heard that upon arrival you can get a Covid-19 test that takes 3-5 days to get results and if you get a negative the remainder of the 14 day quarantine is waived. Can anyone confirm that either?

No letter from school saying classes resumed.
We got the Ishur by sending in all necessary docs to the consulate.
The approval was dated Sunday. We received it Monday (The approval came from israel, while NY consulate isnít open on Sunday), for Tuesday flight.
My wife and I are both US citizens.
