Lots of contradictory info. The Jpost article below has a misleading title since in the body of the article you can see that foreignly vaccinated (and/or those with antibodies) will be able to exit bidud early if they get a serology test.

Breaking: People Vaccinated/Recovered Abroad Will Also Be Exempt from Isolation
A Ministry of Health (MOH) representative confirmed to us today that people vaccinated/recovered abroad (including non-citizens) will also be exempt from isolation upon returning from yellow or orange countries (e.g. the US). The protocol that they will have to go through will be a PCR test upon landing (like everyone else), and serological testing in the country. If the serological test comes back positive, they will be given a recovery certificate which will be valid for six months for exemption from isolation. Once they receive the recovery certificate, and either the PCR test comes back negative or 24 hours pass, they will receive a message notifying them that they are done with isolation. If the criteria are met and they do not receive a message, they should call the MOH hotline at *5400.
The shortening of isolation is expected to work retroactively as well, meaning people who arrive before Friday, should also be released from isolation on Friday if they meet the criteria. If they do not receive a message, they should call the MOH hotline at *5400.
It seems that it does not matter officially which vaccine you received abroad or when, or when you recovered, and that whether you are released from isolation will be predicated entirely on whether your serological test returns positive or not (which demonstrates the importance of getting a quality serological test which does not commonly miss vaccinated people).
Additionally, people who already conducted serological tests in Israel and received positive results in the past 6 months should be exempt from isolation.

Note: all previous entry requirements are still in place. This will reduce quarantine to a manageable 24-hours and allow more qualified foreigners to enter.
