Everything is subject to change and could get updated. UK recently went from green to red.

Most importantly. Don't expect anything to make sense. You won't have any questions.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Any other routes besides DXB for US-Israel without quarantine?

Entering Germany from at risk country, you have to show a negative C-Test, not more than 48 hold or be in Quarantene for two weeks. Report to the health department immediately.

Your point being? Isn't that an old (in the COVID-19 world) policy?

From 29.10. anyone can travel freely to Switzerland, from any country, no quarantine required.
Besides four countries, Belgium, Andorra, Armenien, Tschechien.  These have to quarantine.

Switzerland is still a red country from an Israeli standpoint
