Quote from:  Chaim V'Chessed
At the same time, an Exceptions Committee has been established and persons in various exceptional circumstances will be granted permits to enter Israel despite the current time restrictions. These include first- degree relatives of chosson/kalla coming for weddings, grandparents of a bar/bat mitzva and medical emergencies. Notably, at this time, permission is currently not being granted for births.

What's the link to apply for first degree relatives?

Applications for exceptional entrance to Israel may be made via the Interior Ministry for those within Israel:
https://www.gov.il/he/service/boarding_confirmation_request_during_corona

Those applying outside Israel may apply to the Foreign Ministry:

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but from what I read, first degree relatives at this time can only apply for a first degree relative wedding, funerals or medical emergencies

Can someone elaborate more on the wedding guidelines? If a foreigner is getting married in Israel will his/her siblings be allowed in? or only a 1st degree relative of the Israeli side?

According to the current rules a foreign sibling of someone getting married in Israel can apply for a permit, providing you meet the other criterias (vaccinated, recovered etc)

Anyone here have experience in returning back to the US after testing positive and recovering from Covid in EY?  Landed in TLV last Sunday, unfortunately tested positive following Check2Fly test (and a subsequent test taking the next day).  Finishing up day 10 of bidud today and would like to get home by Friday.  Am told that I need a recovery letter from BikurRofeh to leave the country which is proving to be difficult to obtain (difficult to get hold of, not returning calls, etc.).  Can't I simply get a letter from my doctor in the US clearing me to fly home?  Or better yet, perhaps a negative PCR test?  I would think that Israel would be thrilled to get rid of me at this point... can't understand why they are making it so difficult to get home...  Anyone with personal experience in this area?

Do you need the letter to leave Israel? Or is it only for the US? If it's only for the US, then a negative test (PCR or antigen), is enough to fly. So if you end up testing negative, then you don't even have to show them that you tested positive in Israel. My guess is that a letter from a US doctor would work as well, although YMMV.
If it's a requirement from the Israeli government in order to leave Israel, that would be a completely different story...

Does sibling in law qualify? How about if a sibling (in law) is marrying off a child?

Not sure.
Anything regarding a relationship requires proof.
So you would need a birth cert for yourself and sibling showing the names of the same parents, and probably a marriage cert. You can try to contacting https://chaimvchessed.com/
or https://yadlolim.org/.

Really unfortunate situation.
Who told you that you need a letter? If that is indeed true then you must get a letter.
The issue is really that your results are likely tied to your passport as you had applied to get in. So when you exit- it will likely pop up.

You might wanna try yad lolim or chaimvchesid - links are above.

Does anyone know how to obtain a Green Pass for my daughter in Israel who is in Seminary? She tested Positive on Arrival at airport, so that should work. I Went to ChaimVchessed.com and the link they said to use is this: https://corona.health.gov.il/en/green-pass/     But it keeps asking for CONSENT for HMO, of course it wont work, nothing to match it up with. I also used this website and they sent an email saying "it was received". https://govforms.gov.il/mw/forms/vaccine-or-recovery-documentation@health.gov.il#!request

Am I doing something wrong here?
