Foreigners with first degree relatives

List of required documents and proofs:
A. Photocopy of a passport or Teudat Zehut/Toshav of the first-degree relative residing in Israel
B. Photocopy of passports of all visitors
C. Proof of family connection between the foreign visitor and the relative residing in Israel and a proof of connection between the foreign visitor and their spouse and children (Official documents such as birth certificate, marriage, etc. )
D. Completely filled out 'personal details' declaration and quarantine declaration, see below
G. Proof of health insurance valid in Israel throughout the visit with a clause covering COVID-19
H. Valid flight ticket to Israel
I. Certificate of recovery from COVID-19 or vaccination certificate for every visitor, for all ages


J. In case of a wedding event: Attach an proof of opening of a marriage file from the marriage bureaus in the religious councils or wedding registration from another alternative office + joint affidavit of the marrying couple signed before a notary public

Yes that is the new process, reach out to the yeshiva which you have a visa from. If they plan on reopening then they are going to be in touch with the misrad hapanim

FWIW they don't automatically cancel a visa even if you're no longer a student. Worked to my disadvantage once.

at his point you can not apply for a ishur ,you need the yeshiva to apply for you.

There was an article in the Mishpacha or Ami recently about an Israeli organization that specializes in these things. They have a call center and whatsapp groups all over the world. I don't remember the name, but maybe someone else does.

I hear TLV is looking to do on site testing with results in 15 minutes (unclear if it's for Covid or antibodies), this might be the deciding factor in opening up.

How about someone with an Israeli passport entering Israel now (for example on UA90) are they enforcing any quarantine requirements?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
