Link to form that needs to be filled out within 48 hours of flight to Israel

Accordingly, the FINAL criteria For entering Israel are as follows - you must meet ONE of these conditions in order to enter Israel:

1. Vaccinated within 180 days of the trip with either a second vaccine or a booster and it must be at least 14 days after the shot.

2. Recovered within 180 days of the trip with DIGITAL proof of a positive PCR result and more than 11 days have passed since the positive result. This type of proof only exists in the EU. The UK will likely have it as well.

3. Recovered anytime – even more than 180 days before the trip - with DIGITAL proof of positive PCR result AND vaccinated with at least one dose within 180 days of the trip. Again at the moment the digital proof only exists in the EU and possibly the UK shortly.

Your vaccination or recovery CANNOT expire while in Israel, which means you may not be in Israel more than 180 days after your vaccine or recovery have expired.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING THE TERMS OF ENTRY: VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA CAN MEAN SANCTIONS INCLUDING BARRING YOUR ENTRY TO ISRAEL FOR 5 YEARS.

Just heard first hand account from a family that own an apartment in Israel, and one parent is an Israeli citizen, that they were declined entry till they prove that they tested negative for Covid19, and tested positive for antibodies.

We have tickets to go in July. I assumed we would need to show proof of being negative For COVID-19 in order to enter but why would we also need to have antibodies? Also, if someone shows proof of being negative for the virus and have antibodies would they need to quarantine for two weeks once they arrive?

Lets get some actual DP.

Can anyone report, and report as well what the process was by customs? (I have a feeling that whomever lands is getting in regularly and they aren't checking much except for telling you to quarantine. This may change if droves of people start landing)

There is one flight in from the USA currently. United isn’t allowing people to check in without either an Israeli passport or the ishur papers.

What would someone living in a relatives owned apartment use as proof that they have a place to quarantine?

they don’t require proof that you have where to quarantine they just ask for an address and phone number and have you self-certify that you can self-quarantine

Few weeks ago. Yes they kept asking for diff docs in diff formats. They closed Sunday. I’ve gotten response on a Friday, but not really helpful, as they are just forwarding all information to Jerusalem.

But you had a student visa. My question is regarding those that don’t have one, but have dira.

Anyone hear any updates regarding this new process of Yeshivas having to apply for their students reentry and not going thru the consulate?

Yes that is the new process, reach out to the yeshiva which you have a visa from. If they plan on reopening then they are going to be in touch with the misrad hapanim
