yes

From what I understand that's a tough one, unless there's a specific close family reason. (Obviously, the Israeli citizen will be allowed in, but unless she has a positive PCR test followed by a negative PCR test, she will need to quarantine for 14 days, and won't even be allowed on a return flight before the 14 days are over, unless special permission is granted).

Would immediate family members of an Israeli citizen living in the US, be permitted to enter (and quarantine) for a medical emergency of a family member in Israel?

Possibly, would need to apply with the Consulate IINM, and would probably have to pay for quarantine in a quarantine hotel.

The rule of thumb is: unless you have no personal, family, or financial obligations, don't try to enter Israel without knowing in advance what they will require and/or allow you to do.

That's a tough question IMHO. It probably all depends on the reason for the visit.

Presumably they would quarantine in one room. Why do you assume they would have to pay?

Is there a way to apply for an Ishur (married to Israeli or yeshiva) before you leave Israel to make sure you can come back! Heard there valid for only two weeks and now that the rule is you have to be in America more then a month in order to get a ishur
Also is it two weeks from when applied or from when you get it?
How long does it take to get it?
Is it better to try get one from yeshiva or the consulate (Israeli spouse)?

From Chaim VeChesed - Remember this can change at any time

Apply a month before your flight - You must apply for a permit less than a month and more than 14 days before your scheduled flight.

Book a flight first - You must book a flight before applying. You must provide a copy of your flight ticket when applying for the permit.

Receive the permit (if approved) a week before your flight - You will receive your permit/s less than two weeks prior your scheduled flight. Usually about a week before.

Permits have an expiration date - If the government will approve your permit, it will expire sometime after your booked flight date.

Married and have a student visa. Wife has accompanying-student visa. Misrad hapnim says that's not good enough, and she needs a student visa too. Is that true, or is the rep mistaken?
