Just ask @aygart, I'm sure he has the most up to date information.

At the present moment it seems that bochurim will be able to be on their own (within Eretz Yisroel) over Succos Bein Hazmanim as long as they keep to the general Israeli health restrictions (e.g. masks, social distancing etc.)
Is there clarity regarding this? Are seminaries also anticipating that after Succos the girls will be free to move around?

It's all up to the schools. From the government's standpoint, they can go out like any israeli citizen.

I guess you've not been following....

Officially the only way to avoid quarantine is to have a positive COVID-19 test followed by two negative tests. Though with the new policy to be implemented in 10 days I don't see why this shouldn't change. But don't count on anything being done logically.

As far as guaranteeing at home, if I understand correctly it might be possible.
what new policy are you referring to?

Allowing Israelis to travel to "green" countries without quarantining upon return.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Would spending 2 weeks in a "green" country allow a foreigner into Israel without a need to quarantine again?

Knowing Israel probably not or maybe it depends who is in duty at the airport when you check in ;) ;)

There are no governmental restrictions on any routing he wants to take. Any restrictions are from the yeshiva.

Part of a letter sent to Mir European Parents

As previously communicated, Yeshivas Mir is inviting all of its Talmidim to Eretz Yisroel for the אלול זמן הבלע"ט.

For those who would prefer not to travel to Eretz Yisroel at this time, the Yeshiva is setting up a Beis Hamedresh in Amsterdam for Elul Zman to which all Talmidim are invited. Reb Yoel Rabin shlita will be’H lead the Beis Hamedrash and will be joined by choshuve Mirrer meishivim.

The venue is the Ibis Budget Amsterdam City South hotel. This is situated within the frum Jewish community in Amsterdam. All activities will take place in the hotel. There are government, local community and hotel Covid-related rules that will need to be adhered to.

Davos in Switzerland.  Family with six children from E'Y.  Went on a outing.  Came back, the police were waiting.
They were not in  Bidud.  The parents with the children have to pay a bill.  Fr. 56.000.-- !!!!

Hard to believe.

Wow. So these were Israelis that entered Switzerland with what kind of passport, and what was the quarantine requirement?
