If you are a foreign national (not in addition to Israeli) then you do not need a permit to exit Israel, but you still need to notify us that you are holding a foreign passport by the time limit mentioned above.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide the required approval from the Exceptions Committee.

At this time we need to clear seats to those customers that are authorized to travel .If you do not provide the documentation as required we will have to remove your seat .
In addition, all passengers must:
Present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, performed not more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure of his/her flight.
Provide an official Health Declaration Form, completed according to instructions of the Israeli Government and the US Authorities.
