Can we get this guaranteed in writing?

Has anyone been successful getting a "green pass" if not enrolled in Kupat Cholim?

I am trying to help a yeshiva student (US citizen) who got both shots from Magen David Adom. Now is trying to get the green pass from the Ministry of Health website, but it errors. I speculate the problem may be that he is not a member of Kupat Cholim and the website may tie into those systems to get confirmation of vaccination. The website says: "Ministry of Health make use of my personal contact information provided to my HMO insurance to validate my identity with the information that I have entered"

There must be lots of others in the same situation - I heard of lots of foreign-national yeshiva/seminary students getting the vaccine from MADA.

BTW, The website we are trying is https://corona.health.gov.il/en/green-pass/ by providing the passport number. The error is: "Something went wrong with your identification..." We are one week after the second shot.

Currently, that doesn't entitle you to a green passport. What happens with subsequent visits is anyone's guess.

Supposedly they are working on the ability for people who recovered or got vaccinated outside of Israel to obtain a green passport based on an Israeli antibody test, but there's no timeframe as to when that will actually be available.

I am hoping to go again after Pesach, and if nothing changes, I plan to submit a request to exit quarantine as soon as I board the flight.

Given that foreign vaccinations aren't going to get a green passport yet, how do those of us that exit quarantine with a foreign vaccine (and serology test) get into locations that require a green passport?  Meaning, getting into a hotel, mall, gym, etc?

A two week closure of TLV ended up being 6 weeks. Dates are just given to as a deadline to pass the law again.

My application is in. Something tells me that after this post, the backlog will start to grow again
Declined (lack of documentation) and resubmitted.
As I told some other people to apply last night - vote early and vote often

Application numbers are clearly sequential and my application number is 8356 more than yesterday. The only question is if the numbers are shared with other forms.

Good Luck!

3.8 million adults vaccinated with both doses, and Pessah vacations coming up (with kids school off a week before) so I'm not too surprised by the volume of requests

Weird, seat map looks like there are quite a few empties.
Serious?
Crazy stuff.
Would the seat map show empty seats which were filled by the 3 standby seats?
If they actually left empty seats theyd be crazy.
There were aprox 50 ppl begging to get on, all fom mondays cancelations.
They made a list of all the ppl that had come, based on a first come first serve basis.
They then told security not to let any1 else pass, then they announced 3 names to come up, and told everyobe else sorry we are totally full.

Was anyone here on the flight to let us know if there actually empty seats?

This is the new procedure for foreigners to enter:

A united plane is in Israel showing on flight radar leaving tnt (flight #ua2792) I guess that means they are flying an emty plane. So does that mean wed nights flight will get cancelled to? They are not going to park a plane in Ben Gurion for 2 days? Can someone who knows these things let me know if this flight will be cancelled I need to rebook on another airline if so. Thanks!

Try to write to Tzofiya.King@mfa.gov.il to appeal. When I did that she responded to me that I should reapply and it would be approved, it didn't work out due to confusion with the application numbers (possibly on my behalf, a little hard doing everything of a phone and searching the GMail app).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
