Link to form that needs to be filled out within 48 hours of flight to Israel

Accordingly, the FINAL criteria For entering Israel are as follows - you must meet ONE of these conditions in order to enter Israel:

1. Vaccinated within 180 days of the trip with either a second vaccine or a booster and it must be at least 14 days after the shot.

2. Recovered within 180 days of the trip with DIGITAL proof of a positive PCR result and more than 11 days have passed since the positive result. This type of proof only exists in the EU. The UK will likely have it as well.

3. Recovered anytime – even more than 180 days before the trip - with DIGITAL proof of positive PCR result AND vaccinated with at least one dose within 180 days of the trip. Again at the moment the digital proof only exists in the EU and possibly the UK shortly.

Your vaccination or recovery CANNOT expire while in Israel, which means you may not be in Israel more than 180 days after your vaccine or recovery have expired.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING THE TERMS OF ENTRY: VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA CAN MEAN SANCTIONS INCLUDING BARRING YOUR ENTRY TO ISRAEL FOR 5 YEARS.

TLDR?
I'm confused, I thought we were talking about specifically whether it made sense to ban foreign nationals

Yes. Don't need the first dose either AFAIK.

You don't seem to be paying attention to the details. Green pass after recovery is valid until 6/30/2021 regardless of when/where recovery occurred. Green pass for fully vaccinated is valid for 6 months after 2nd dose IINM. The question is whether a recoveree getting a single dose gets a fully vaccinated green pass or not.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I don't know what made you think so, as that isn't what changed (except for minor changes very recently). I was talking all along about the procedure for recognizing those that recovered from COVID-19 overseas as such. This wasn't/isn't about allowing entry, it's about not requiring quarantine upon entry.

June 30 / 6 months are temporary placeholder dates. They are completely irrelevant at this point.

-0.5. Temporary they are, but not irrelevant.

The bottom line is that anyone that has a recoveree green pass has less than 90 days validity. No one knows what will happen in these 90 days. That would be true anywhere else in the world, how much more so in politically unstable Israel.

So for a person like myself, planning a trip in about a week, which will be OK due to my current green pass, and another trip in the summer, it might weigh on my decision as to whether to get a dose of the vaccine during my upcoming visit.

Yes

PSA: Make sure that you get the correct wording of your PCR test to leave Israel.
Someone I know was denied boarding last night

1) Document details (section headings) weren't in English
2) Didn't say negative

This test was done at a regular Clallit but they weren't able to print via the website or app thus the secretary printed it.  Seems like she printed the wrong format.

There weren't 4 hours before the flight which would have been enough to get tested at the airport and receive a printed result before boarding.  Oh well, 2 more days before the next flight to her destination.

Anyone got already permit under new guidelines?

If I have a 75 year old uncle living there can my Mother which if 1st degree relative apply for a permit and take along her 50 year old son because 1st degree relative can take along their family?

I know someone who got approved Friday
I assume your mother can take you along but not your wife and kids

Our family meets the new guidelines. Both my wife and I have siblings in Israel, our entire family is recovered from Covid and we have tickets leaving May 10th to Israel. The only thing we are having trouble with is verification of siblings. The appostill office is closed in PA and there is a 2 month wait to receive the documents. Does anyone have any advise on how we can go to Israel?

Just apply with notarized birth certificates/marriage license

Anyone know if the quarantine bracelets were implemented, and if not, when will it start?
Also, would I be allowed to leave quarantine to get an antibody test, when bracelets are implemented, and how would misrad habriut know that I left for the antibody test and that I didn't break the quarantine rules?
They were not implemented yet. Seems like it may never happen.
