Hul Mehudar posted this, which seems to imply they are indeed about to synchronize their database with foreign ones (EU AFAIK)

No not neccesary but would recommend for him to have insurance for the flight. It's very easy to sign up for Meuhedet while in Israel unless one has a preexisting medical condition.
The Yeshiva is recommending it saying that Bachurim can get stopped randomly in the airport to see if they have insurance.
Is that up-to-date info?

I haven't heard about that - so would probably be advisable to cover him under a cheap plan until he gets into Israel or a easily cancelable flexible plan.

I'm not sure I understand the form that I have to fill out before flying, is it within 24 hours or before 24 hours?

The entry form, which needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight, is not working.
We keep getting an error message after clicking submit.
We tried many times.
Any ideas?

Whole system is down because they voided the old green passes today and everybody has to apply for a new one, overwhelming the system. Everybody else on the flight will probably have the same issue, and when it happened in the past immigration notified the airlines to accept pax without it.

Does anyone know if a baby can get in without a visa or ishur? My wife, daughter and I all have visas and can get in without an issue but I have a newborn who was born here in the US and Im going back in a few days and the baby doesn't have a visa. Will they give me an issue?
Also if my wife and I were vaccinated in Israel 7 months ago but also had COVID and were registered as Machlim about a year and a half ago can we get out of bidud with serology test?

From what I hear, a baby doesn't need a visa. But most airlines besides Elal don't know that and sometimes they can cause problems.

if u want to fly another airline, prepare a fake ishur just to get on the plane, by border control u should be fine (dont try showing it there)

I got a tav yarok based on a serological test, but now it just shows an error. Is it because I don't have an HMO?
