Accordingly, the FINAL criteria For entering Israel are as follows - you must meet ONE of these conditions in order to enter Israel:

2. Recovered within 180 days of the trip with DIGITAL proof of a positive PCR result and more than 11 days have passed since the positive result. This type of proof only exists in the EU. The UK will likely have it as well.

Does someone with a stopover get docs checked at origination, stopover, or both? Does this mean that more time is needed between flights?

Looking to possibly book a separate itinerary from Europe to TLV. How does that affect things?
Could be both. Don't think you have to allocate more time for it though.

The corona cabinet meeting, which began at 2:00 PM (Tuesday), in the presence of Ministers and Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, ended. Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman was also absent from the yeshiva this time.

At the end of the discussion, the Cabinet decided to update the outline of the green sign:

The updated green label will only apply to high-risk events, such as celebrations, parties and the like. A complete list will be published by the Ministry of Health upon completion of the wording of the regulations.

The validity of the green character will be updated so that the following populations can hold it:

Vaccinated with two doses, which have not passed four months from the date they received the second dose. Recovered who have not passed four months from the date of their recovery. Vaccinated with three and four vaccine doses, with no time limit.

The updated outline will take effect upon the expiration of the full green outline on Sunday, February 06, 2022, at midnight between Sunday and Monday.
Meanwhile, the ministers decided to update the entry into and exit from Israel:

Existing regulations at Ben Gurion Airport will be extended until Monday, March 07, 2022, at midnight between Monday and Tuesday.

It was decided to amend the regulations so that as of Tuesday, February 08, 2022, the obligation to perform a corona test before a flight departing from Israel will be abolished for those who are not vaccinated or recovering, both for passengers and crew. Board the flight if he has performed a negative institutional antigen test after the onset of symptoms (until now a negative PCR test is required afterwards).

The ministers also decided that entry to nursing homes and nursing homes in the community would require an antigen test. In addition, it was As for assistance in holding protected events, it was decided that an institution that decides to establish an antigen testing station as a condition of entry, will receive a partial subsidy from the state.

Meanwhile, the ministers decided that a bi-weekly inspection obligation would remain for unvaccinated workers in welfare, health and education institutions.

The decisions will take effect subject to the approval of the Knesset's Constitution Committee recommended to perform a corona test before meeting an older person.

Is there any reason why “both” parents have to be Israeli or have student visas for kids to enter w/o vax. I know rules have never made sense, but usually you can come up with some possible explanation.
Why can’t one Israeli bring their kid, only 2??? Makes no sense at all🤷‍♂️

Just traveled the only place I was asked for my card was when checking by United & a pdf was enough.

Train from the airport to Jerusalem is currently only running every hour…

Is this changed?  The website now shows every 30 minutes running.

Can you elaborate? You uploaded a negative PCR to Delta?
How did you fill out the Israeli Green Pass Entry Form?
