Link to form that needs to be filled out within 48 hours of flight to Israel

Accordingly, the FINAL criteria For entering Israel are as follows - you must meet ONE of these conditions in order to enter Israel:

1. Vaccinated within 180 days of the trip with either a second vaccine or a booster and it must be at least 14 days after the shot.

2. Recovered within 180 days of the trip with DIGITAL proof of a positive PCR result and more than 11 days have passed since the positive result. This type of proof only exists in the EU. The UK will likely have it as well.

3. Recovered anytime – even more than 180 days before the trip - with DIGITAL proof of positive PCR result AND vaccinated with at least one dose within 180 days of the trip. Again at the moment the digital proof only exists in the EU and possibly the UK shortly.

Your vaccination or recovery CANNOT expire while in Israel, which means you may not be in Israel more than 180 days after your vaccine or recovery have expired.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING THE TERMS OF ENTRY: VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA CAN MEAN SANCTIONS INCLUDING BARRING YOUR ENTRY TO ISRAEL FOR 5 YEARS.

Will Israel deny me entry if my second Pfizer vaccine was 190 days ago?

After covid results (upon arrival) are you out of quarantine automatically or do you have to wait for green pass?
Can you go to hotel from airport or they wont let you in until you receive results?

I'm curious about what to expect as soon as I arrive in Israel.

I'll be flying to TLV (LAX-LHR-TLV) in two weeks as a tourist for 5 days. I'm a US citizen who is vaxxed+boosted (Oct 2021). My understanding is that I will be required to take a PCR test on arrival...do I need to purchase that myself before hand or can I do that at the airport in TLV? Where will I be required to quarantine while I wait for results, hotel? airport? Also, how long do results take?

any feedback would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Yes. When you enter your details in the form it will automatically reject you.

You can purchase it before on this link for 80 shekel.
https://testngo.femi.com/en/sign-in.

You can also pay in the airport but it costs 100 shekel if paying by credit card and 115 for cash payments. (No guarantees they will accept your card ::))
Until you receive a negative result on the PCR test that you took upon arrival in Israel or for 24 hours (whichever is earlier).
This info is accurate as of today but it can change anyday as we have seen.

I would advise checking these two websites before departure to make sure nothing has changed:

https://corona.health.gov.il/en/abroad/isolation/

Yes, you can go to hotel. Most people put down the hotel as where they are isolating.

BH I got in to EY today with swiss pass without incident. I uploaded my pcr test to delta a day before flight, I got a boarding pass that said docs checked ok, no one stopped me or asked for anything. The visa auto printed with a green mark. Eleku dmeir aneini

What did you upload to delta? Just the negative PCR test amd the health form, or also the swiss recovery certificate. Also, did anyone ask you for documents upon landing in EY?

Can do at Hatzalah.
If you need it to fly to the US, then a rapid is enough. If you need a quick PCR, they have an option to have results within 6 hours.

When filling out the Israel entry form, if I have a DL flight operated by AF originating in the US with a stop in  CDG, do I use USA or CDG as my origination point? I'm assuming US. What flight do I use? I'm assuming the CDG-TLV leg. Will AF give issues boarding the BOS-CDG flight if my approval letter lists the CDG-TLV leg?

I did it twice just in case they asked.

They didn't and I just showed the CDG-TLV flight. Yes, I entered USA as origin.

A1 is a temporary resident
A2 is a student visa.
A4 is a visa for a dependent of someone with a A2
B1 is a work visa (though you can get right to work on a A2 or A4)
B2 is a tourist visa

If your blue paper says A2 you have a student visa.
