Chase UR Refunding Points For Cancelled El Al Flights

BH, called Chase this AM and got my points back from trip booked for 5/19. 338k UR back in account already:)

Did elal refund them? I’ve been waiting for my refund for a while any tips on how you got them to refund you?

UR refunded them. Told the rep the airline is nonresponsive, not giving refunds on cancelled flights, and that this and all flights were cancelled until end of June. She checked, saw all flights cancelled, and asked supervisor who agreed to refund all points on the spot. Was back in my account right after I hung up.
