FWIW, when they used to sell POTF gallons in ShorRite they were actually cheaper than the regular milk gallons. I used to see non-Jews who figured that out buying POTF.

It is. They have special machines called cows that process grass and turn it into milk.

No. Many ShopRites, especially in jewish areas had a section called "Kosher Experience" where they sold products specifically geared toward kosher consumers. I have no idea why the POTF milk was cheaper than regular milk.

That type of discrimination is protected by one of the constitutional amendments (I forget which one). It's is the freedom to rearrange products in stores in order to maximize the $ yield of consumer shopping trips.
