Assuming NY you can call the OTDA P-EBT hotline, but they only talk to you if you received it and are having issues with it.
I posted a link to a form a page back where you can submit your info and UJO will review it with the OTDA to get things moving.

I had success getting an update by contacting them via their P-EBT Contact Form.

Someone just sent me a #, 833-452-0096, where you can reach an agent who helps with people who didn't receive their card. In his case the OTDA had sent it to a wrong address they had on file, and in a different case they had put it on the guys SNAP card and he didn't realize- they were able to look it up and point it out to him.

I didn't test the number yet myself so I'm not speaking from experience.

If someone got twice for one child (once on their SNAP card and also on a separate card) are they obligated to notify the OTDA? or to return it?

If you ask them the answer is that officially there's only supposed to be one issuance per child, and so you should only use one issuance per child.
That being said I don't think they can track it if you do use it, and even if they can since it's their mistake I doubt there's anything they can do about it.

I'm not an expert, but I would guess the worse they can do is reverse it on the SNAP card.

Not a PEBT question rather a regular ebt,,,

someone has been getting the full allotment for their family every month since april. Anyone know if this is continuing for October and then even November?

I have an article on it in my signature block below. As long as the state has declared State of Emergency, or Fed has one in place, the state can apply.
NY and NJ both received maximum allotments for Oct. They need to apply for each month separately so we'll see about Nov, but most likely NY and NJ will both keep on applying as long as they're entitled to.

It has been approved for NY. FNS hasn't updated their site yet, but OTDA has.

Someone just received in the mail a Way2Go card with $99 to help towards food, for only one child in the family.
This family also receives SNAP/EBT benefits.

1 - What is this card about and why wouldn't the money just be added to their SNAP/EBT balance?
2 - It seems like a regular debit card. Can it be used for other purchases besides food?
3 - Why did they only receive for one child in the family and not the others?
4 - Is this a one-time thing or will the card get reloaded similar to SNAP/EBT?

NJ.
We have since heard of others receiving this over the last few days.
The LRRC isn't familiar and suggested it may have something to do with the school attended by that child.

NJ issued $99 P-EBT for Aug-Sep for schools that are closed or partially remote. Is that the case?
