How are you sure about it? I know of 2 schools that filled and there status is still pending.

Possible they just filed, but so far nothing has been processed.

My kids school in jersey just sent a letter requesting I fill out a lunch eligibility form to see if Im eligible to receive a PEBT card. Is this based on income or everyone should receive one?

If the school doesn't qualify as Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), meaning that most of the student body qualifies due to food stamps, Medicaid, etc then individual students will only qualify based on household income.

The EA program (maximum SNAP allotment) is extended for Oct in NY and NJ (and 30+ other states).
Any idea until when this will continue?

States can continue applying monthly at their discretion as long as the HHS covid emergency is in effect.

P-EBT for the 2020-2021 school year has been deposited for students of some private schools in Rockland County, NY.
The deposit was $296 per child enrolled in school. (1 full month benefit of $132 and 2 hybrid month benefits of $82).

AFAIK its for the required school closures under Gov. Cuomo's Red zones policy (Sep-Nov 2020).

EBT cards arrived today in the mail(Monsey). All DOBs are incorrect and I can’t activate the cards. Representative told me that I need to reach out to the school district.. any one else have this issue? Who do I call?

The school is the one that provides the info to the state, call your school and ask what they have on file

Anyone know anything about Lakewood schools about latest or upcoming rounds of P-EBT? I got for one kid but not any of the others, and all the schools had sent out income forms and noted that they were for the purpose of this (maybe was just an underhanded way of trying to get income info for tuition purposes....)

IIRC Lakewood only gave for the summer period, VS NYS most schools had forced closures so they give more, you get one card per family and it should have on it the funds for all children, if you believe they sent less then you deserve you can call them, I know someone that called and they said they by mistake sent it to the wrong address and sent out another one
