The Mayo has two tests, COR2G (to be discontinued 6/10) and VCOV2 (its successor).
The bikur cholim test was the OLD COR2G test (it will say this on the results)
for COR2G test:
Less than 1.01 is negative
between 1.01 and 1.20 is indecisive
more than 1.2 is positive

What kind of exposure?
This is visible in various studies as well.
https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/30/opinions/eye-opening-south-korea-study-on-covid-19-sepkowitz/index.html
https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/26/8/20-1274_article

While those who sat in the same area of the office were infected at a very high rate, their family members were only infected at about a 16% rate while the floor of the office building had an infection rate of 44%. If you count only the infected side then it reaches a rate of 58% by the time it was caught. An interesting point is that in the entire side of the office there are only 2 infected seats without another infected right next to or across from it. Much of this setup is very comparable to a shul and shows how the risks in a shul are MUCH higher than the risks in a home or store.

I know you were bringing it up in the context of shuls, but I would guess that most couples where one spouse tested positive and the other negative had at least as much exposure to each other other as the office scenario. Most of them were quarantined together in the same house for days on end.

Maybe you should check if the methodology will really yield useful results first. Otherwise would risk decisions being made based on unreliable or incomplete data. There is a strong possibility of selection bias here.
If only we had someone with a large blog following in the community who could hopefully attract all types of respondents..

There is a reason why pollsters don't use blogs.

It is potentially still more in passing than a chavrusa or the guy in the seat next to you in shul. This is similar to how the co-workers were at a rate above 50% while family was at 16%. Presumably a number of them also had spouses.

For those who got a negative result, did you look at the paperwork to check if you have some antibodies, but not 'enough' to be considered positive?

I think I posted this earlier in this thread, but I tested below 1.01 on the Mayo Test (yes, I saw the paperwork) approximately 32 days post onset of symptoms (fever/congestion) and then tested 320 on the Mt Sinai test (at Mt Sinai )two weeks after the Mayo Test.

What kind of exposure?

I was taking care of someone sick with Covid. I definitely touched things that were coughed on, sneezed on etc.

It seems that the later from contraction of the virus (even before onset of symptoms), the less viral shedding. So if this was more than few days into the illness there’s a possibility the person wasn’t very contagious anymore.

Exposure through touch is very unclear and seems like a far second to aerosols.

This is also seemingly true. There hasn’t been any confirmed transmission through fomites, although it’s reasonable to assume it could happen.

They ship them overnight to Mayo and considering when that test ended I doubt Mayo even got the test tubes before today.

Not sure what the reference is to. Did people in Lakewood previously fly their tests on private jets?

Here's a Cornell pulmonologist saying fomites is primary (~2min mark):

I saw parts of that video weeks ago, it was one guy running around saying it’s clear to him that it’s only spread through fomites, he was also on FOX with Tucker. However, outside of him, I have yet to see anyone claiming that and I have not seen any confirmed cases of transmission via fomites. If you are aware of one, please post. I don’t think he says how he knows this?

The CDC says that person-to-person is thought to be the main way it’s transmitted, and it’s not thought to spread easily through surfaces. There isn’t clear evidence of it ever happening AFAIK.
