The Mayo has two tests, COR2G (to be discontinued 6/10) and VCOV2 (its successor).
The bikur cholim test was the OLD COR2G test (it will say this on the results)
for COR2G test:
Less than 1.01 is negative
between 1.01 and 1.20 is indecisive
more than 1.2 is positive

Why would they take your plasma before confirming sufficient antibodies? ::)

They always take plasma donations, they can use them the same way they use any other plasma donations.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

I saw parts of that video weeks ago, it was one guy running around saying it’s clear to him that it’s only spread through fomites, he was also on FOX with Tucker. However, outside of him, I have yet to see anyone claiming that and I have not seen any confirmed cases of transmission via fomites. If you are aware of one, please post. I don’t think he says how he knows this?

The CDC says that person-to-person is thought to be the main way it’s transmitted, and it’s not thought to spread easily through surfaces. There isn’t clear evidence of it ever happening AFAIK.

Ok, a few things here.

First of all (and this a totally an aside) it feels like you're mentioning the Tucker thing to discredit him (which I probably generally disagree with). As far as I can find, it was Jesse Watters, and he wasn't 'on FOX' - they just played the YT video. This wasn't necessary to your point at all, and just distracts from it.

As far as fomites - I added that word mistakenly. I don't think he says the word in the hour long video. His focus is on the hand to mouth/nose/eyes dynamic - not sure whether the way the hands picked up the virus makes it fomite transmission. However, it does sound from the CDC link that they don't feel hands are the issue. If that's the case, why are they still telling people to wash their hands? It's not a bad idea, but if the hands are thought to not be a part of the viral transmission chain then why is it recommended to prevent CoViD infection?

Actually I generally really enjoy and agree with Tucker on many things, as I’ve mentioned here before (though I think he’s gone a bit mad in regards to COVID). I just mentioned it because as far as I remember it was this one specific guy all over the place.

He was live on one of these shows? I think it was just shows playing his YT videos, which again, was a recording of a zoom he did with a group of healthcare professionals.

I don’t remember so clearly, I can try to look it up later. Was just making the point that I remember seeing this guy around before, but I believe he is a daas Yachid without much data to back himself up. CMIIW.

This makes sense then that family members didnt catch it even while touching all the same surfaces.
