The Mayo has two tests, COR2G (to be discontinued 6/10) and VCOV2 (its successor).
The bikur cholim test was the OLD COR2G test (it will say this on the results)
for COR2G test:
Less than 1.01 is negative
between 1.01 and 1.20 is indecisive
more than 1.2 is positive

Where did she take this test? How can someone obtain a test with 99%+ specificity in Lakewood?

Take any test to a photoshop expert, and they'll make it whatever you want it to be.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

CMIIW, but I believe the specificity for a positive result on many tests is at least in the upper 90s.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Which practices are administering those? I’m not trying to argue I genuinely want to know :)

Is Labcorp using Roche?
Or only in some locations? How can you tell?

https://diagnostics.roche.com/us/en/news-listing/2020/roche-highly-accurate-antibody-test-for-covid-19-goes-live-at-more-than-20-initial-lab-sites-in-the-us.html

I tested negative for bikor Cholim/mayo and results said negative.
I had a cough for a few days after Purim and was exposed on Purim to many many people who got it.
Got retested at a local urgent care in Flatbush which used labcorp/Diasorin. I got a 10 and needed a 15 to be considered Positive.

The previous test they have been using is not very accurate.

The submission is public. Probably failed because specificity was too low.

Very weird! Who would have thought different people react differently to Coronavirus?! It takes time for antibodies to show up on blood tests & the most of the tests show a lot of false negatives

If I want to get tested for antibodies, where in Brooklyn would you recommend going, and why?

Abbott and Roche seems like the gold standard.

Thanks, any advantages of one over the other, in terms of accuracy, and getting an actual antibody count as opposed to just positive/negative? And does anyone in Brooklyn know of a place that uses the Abbott or Roche tests?

They're both qualitative only tests, so just positive/negative.
Quest does Abbott.
Labcorp it seems you may be able to order specifically Roche by having orders for 164068 SARS-CoV-2.

The Abott test which is prevalent has 99% specificity which gives an 84% Predictive value according to the FDA.

The German made Euroimmune & Roche tests do indeed have 100% specificity, which give a 100% Positive predictive value (and the FDA notes that in the link you posted).

The Forbes article is complete bogus.

ETA I made a mistake. While Euroimmune does have 100% specificity (80/80), Roche only has 99.8% (5262/5272), so the FDA calculates their PPV at 5% prevalence as 96.5%.

I spoke to Euroimmune and their test is readily available in German labs. I doubt it's actually better than Roche though.
Roche is now available at Labcorp:
"If test code 164068 SARS-COV-2 is ordered it will be by Roche"
