This is a critical piece of information that can be gleaned from the results. There is no point in mixing the two groups. One group is "No, I tested negative." The other group is "I don't know because I didn't test".

There are only 23 people in the third category (and 1 in the fourth). The last two categories, seven and eight, don't need to be changed since the reason they had no positive initial test doesn't matter as they had no antibodies anyway.

Part of this is to understand if everybody who gets it develops antibodies

I would set up the poll in a way easier to understand:

A. POSITIVE ANTIBODIES
1a. Symptomatic, previously confirmed COVID positive (+)
b. Asymptomatic, previously confirmed COVID positive (+)
2a. Symptomatic, previously confirmed COVID negative (-)
b. Symptomatic, never tested
3a. Asymptomatic, previously confirmed COVID negative (-)
b. Asymptomatic, never tested

B. NEGATIVE ANTIBODIES
4a. Symptomatic, previously confirmed COVID positive (+)
b. Asymtomatic, previously confirmed COVID positive (+)
5a. Symtomatic, not previously confirmed COVID positive
b. Asymptomatic, not previously confirmed COVID positive

The current third category would now be 2a and 2b.
The current fourth category would now be 3a and 3b.
All the others remain the same except for the wording.

With the significant number of respondents on this poll, I don't think it is wise to change this poll. If anything, create a new thread with a new "follow-up" poll, put a link in this thread, and ask everyone - even those who filled out this poll - to take the second poll.

Chai urgent care in Lakewood sends to Empire Laboratory, and as of last week they have the number of antibodies level, (not just positive negative)

I added a google form to the wiki but didn’t add too many options, it’s just easier to fill out and more comprehensive. Send to anyone who would fill it out.
