The Mayo has two tests, COR2G (to be discontinued 6/10) and VCOV2 (its successor).
The bikur cholim test was the OLD COR2G test (it will say this on the results)
for COR2G test:
Less than 1.01 is negative
between 1.01 and 1.20 is indecisive
more than 1.2 is positive

You may also want to check if your facility gives the quantitative results to the patient.  Some only give a positive or negative result, despite having the quantitative figure.

How profitable is the antibody test for these urgent cares? Given all the uncertainty around the results and how to interpret them - are insurance companies going to continue to cover their costs?

Not only are insurance companies covering them, you are allowed to take it as many times as you want/need "according to government policy" is what I was told.    No limit as of now.  Obviously, check with your individual insurance company to make sure.

What is "the quantitative figure"?

What is "the quantitative figure"?
They will tell you how much antibodies you have, as opposed to a yes/no result

What is "the quantitative figure"?
An actual number as opposed to a qualitative answer which is only yes/no or positive/negative.
quantitative=quantity
qualitative=quality

Anyone knows which test Bikur Cholim of Lakewood was administering yesterday. Awaiting results, but I want to know how heavily to rely on them...

It's the Mayo Clinic's test (developed in house.) Understood to be super accurate.

Also, apparently nobody asymptomatic ever got tested for COVID in general

Great poll, but it would be more interesting if it were a bit more accurate.

Instead of Symptomatic but no previous positive test, positive for antibodies, it should read
"Symptomatic but no previous test taken, positive for antibodies"   plus another category of
"Symptomatic, previous negative results, positive for antibodies".

Same two distinctions for the Asymptomatic counterpart.  These additional two categories may shed light on how many false negatives there were vs how many people would actually have been positive HAD they tested earlier.

Interesting idea. I won’t change it now though because there have been too many responses that would possibly need to be switched.
