The Mayo has two tests, COR2G (to be discontinued 6/10) and VCOV2 (its successor).
The bikur cholim test was the OLD COR2G test (it will say this on the results)
for COR2G test:
Less than 1.01 is negative
between 1.01 and 1.20 is indecisive
more than 1.2 is positive

My data point- my 6 year old son tested positive for Covid at the end of March.  Obviously we couldn't isolate him, and were not careful with him at all.
We were very careful though with stay at home orders and barely left the house.
My wife and I both tested negative for antibodies this week.
Did he test for antibodies, or he’s too young?

He's 6. Not old enough and even if they allowed I don't think I'd put him through that just to satisfy curiosity.
(If that would allow him to go back to school, maybe I'd consider :-)

Took the Abbott test on Wednesday, I’m negative. How disappointing. Will take both polls.

My 1 yo had a blood draw for allergy related issues and the allergist/immunologist had them do CoViD antibody while they had the blood (he was negative).

Just found out, my 94yr old grandmother tested positive for antibodies(!). She had what she thought was a stomach bug around Purim time.

Heard a similar positive story from a friend who went to a drive with his wife and two of their kids. The one confirmed positive for antibodies was their kid who Boruch Hashem had survived cancer ten years earlier as a pre-teen.

What I was told by the clinic I tested by. I also got a result of 3.80

The 3.80 essentially is nothing every human will come up with some, anything below 15.0 is presumed to not have any etc. But you can consult with your pcp or anyone else.

Per their website Mayo is using a test without even an EUA and claimed specifity of around 85%

my question is, did i have it and for whatever reason didn't produce antibodies? or is this minimal number something found in all humans naturally without any exposure to covid19 at all? or maybe i just didnt give enoughtime for the antibodies to grow

From my totally layman's and entirely non-medical understanding it means that you may or may not have had it. It is simply inconclusive. Basically the same status as if you hadn't taken the test.

Or maybe i just didnt give enoughtime for the antibodies to grow
If anything, studies seems to be showing that the further removed you are from the symptoms, the lower the likelihood of testing positive for antibodies.
