The Mayo has two tests, COR2G (to be discontinued 6/10) and VCOV2 (its successor).
The bikur cholim test was the OLD COR2G test (it will say this on the results)
for COR2G test:
Less than 1.01 is negative
between 1.01 and 1.20 is indecisive
more than 1.2 is positive

Took the Roche test yesterday, positive result as well.
Where and how did you get one in Cleveland - Is there a way to order one one online and get the Roche test?

Rx only:
Roche is now available at Labcorp:
"If test code 164068 SARS-COV-2 is ordered it will be by Roche"

Rx only:
True but Labcorp offers an RX for $10 through PWN health https://www.labcorp.com/antibody-testing
Does anyone know if that will get me the Roche test?

loss of smell from flu?
Loss of smell can be a symptom of any other virus, it's just not as common as from COVID.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Thanks, I reached out to Labcorp with my patient and Rx info and received the following reply. I'm assuming this is confirmation that I got the test that @Dan recommended as the most accurate currently available?

The testing you had performed on June 11, 2020 was the total SARS antibody which is run on the Roche platform.

Were you sick?

No, B"H, no symptoms at all. But virtually my entire block, and most of the people we visited on Purim, got sick in one form or another (B"H all recovered). And my 2 oldest boys, who also never had symptoms, both tested positive for antibodies (though not via Roche or even Abbott). So we were hoping...

Are there any known or suspected long term effects besides Kawasaki?

True long term effects obviously can’t be known yet (as the virus simply hasn’t been around “long term”) but lung scans of COVID patients often do show significant damage and scar tissue and it is well documented that SARS caused many to suffer long term health problems.

Here and here are articles on some suspected issues.

Also, this
COVID has done funny things to some people’s immune systems. I know someone who was pretty sick with COVID and is now showing test results and symptoms of several auto-immune conditions.

Kawasaki is an immediate manifestation not long term effect.

There is known lung scarring in asympotmatic carriers & some speculation about testosterone/fertility issues

True long term effects obviously can’t be known yet (as the virus simply hasn’t been around “long term”) but lung scans of COVID patients often do show significant damage and scar tissue and it is well documented that SARS caused many to suffer long term residual health problems.

Residual might be a better word. You yourself said it’s too soon to know real long-term effects.
