Sorry I've nearly doubled my caffeine intake (maybe related to nicotine cessation).
If you don't care why would you comment?

I think you've been in quarantine too long.

**Day 32: Okay, today's activity will be to quit something. Where's my dartboard?**

Ok, so I considered writing in the OP that this thread is for those who have quitted, or want to quit, not for those who do not believe in this. They can just ignore this, or start their own thread. (Kind of like the grammar thread; it's for people who care about that. Everyone else is free to ignore it.) But I decided it was self evident, and why start up.
However...

If anyone is familiar with r Daniel kalish he’s very not into coffee/caffeine just throwing it out there. He never discouraged it I just heard him say he’s not into it. He can’t understand why you’d drink something that literally dehydrates you.
Idk when I wake up I have a small headache , drink a small (make 6 oz) coffee , and headache is gone.

One pointer I learned was immediately when you wake up drink a cup of water bc you’re body gets dehydrated overnight and the water kickstarts your day.

Cold turkey is always going to be a rough road.

cold turkey for me is about 3 days with intense nausea sweats and headaches. 2nd day is the worst. I frequently do this before the 3 weeks as those fasts are incredibly long without caffeine.

Idk when I wake up I have a small headache , drink a small (make 6 oz) coffee , and headache is gone.

If you already have a headache when waking up you are severely addicted

I would love to quit, but need an alternative coffee break excuse...

Also I've seen too many reports lately that suggest that drinking coffee is actually healthy. 🤷‍♂️

BH, well done.

How much were you drinking before, and what did you replace it with?

Thanks!
1-1.5 in the morning, and sometimes another cup in the afternoon.
Replaced with headaches! Just kidding; no real replacement, just a bit more sleep.
