Dell Orders Keep Cancelling

I've been trying both last benefit period and this benefit period to utilize the Dell statement credits on my Biz Plat. However EVERY time I place an order no mater the item it cancels 24 hours late. I even tried placing orders by phone and ordered a replacement Amex card. Still no luck. Anyone else have this? If so was it resolved and how?

I believe they have a special flagging department, they are the only people who can get the suspicious flag removed from your account/CC/Address...

I had that once before, don't recall their number, sorry.

Try calling CS about a cancelled order, perhaps they will know who to transfer you to.

calling dell wont help. They are not hepfull and will just tell you try again.

Had this issue. Called 8‌66-38‌3-4‌713 and they resolved it with phone and email verification.

Update: This worked! Even made the rep stay on the phone to verify new order on spot. Shipped a few hours after placing new order. Finally can use my Dell benefits on Biz Plat again! Thanks!!!
