I called and they posted the credits manually. Guess I can hope it will still post automatically too :)

Are you sure it's from the phone call and not automatic?
My SM credit came up as "CR ADJ FOR BILLING INQUIR"

I can't be sure but I called up and she said she will post it manually and it came up the next day. Could be she just looked into and got it taken care of

Yes, I do.  On the phone, they are telling me to wait 6-8 weeks!   But they do not "see" the offer on their records.

I hate this sort of thing, to wait around.  And also to hear that others already have their cash, knowing that I do not... :(
