I just signed up for the 50k bonus from Chase and got something in the mail today for an offer from chase for 75 thousand pionts!!!! Is there anyway they will give me the 25k difference?

If the 50k you just signed up for was also a sapphire I'd say you have a good shot.

What's better? By phone or sm? Hate to be caught red-handed right over the phone call if they cross-link actual name to the code.

With an invitation code they will probably forward your request to the marketing dept. who will check to see if it matches the name/zip. With a scan you might get an employee who will match you. YMMV.

Slightly OT, for some reason I just got a letter from Chase denying me for the SP 100k match even though I haven't requested it in a long time (three months at least). I should mention that the letter stated the 100k promotion ended 10/15/2011, even though we've seen lots of 'apply by' dates for this offer, so I'm not sure that's true.

The SP reps are all US based.

In general, I've never heard of Vietnam based outsourced-CS. India amd Philippines are the most common (Asian) ones IME.

The problem with sending a scan won't he have his name showing or blocked out. As you and I discussed a few months ago there seems to be some internal validation of invitation code against zip/name, if it actually shows the real name to the assoicate I wonder if that could get us in a world of sh.t? I don't even see any input for the offer codes on the new flexwebs now.

If you get a clueless rep, you can get them to match a PDF with the name photoshopped and the invitation/promo code blurred.

How do you keep finding the URLs to the flexwebs?

Actually once you apply or have it matched I believe that it would pose a bigger risk to subsequent users of the code simply because it's already got your name or done some further permanent validation after you used it.
