Virgin atlantic refund fraud!

Did anyone get a refund from virgin atlantic for a cancelled flight??
I was waiting for 6 weeks already and it still didn't come...

they claim they have 90 days though
they responded to a few emails then stopped
the online refund app doesn't show anything either

I was told by many people that their having this issue. I think action must be taken and there's should be a joint complaint with the DoT regarding this. They initially said 30 days but now say up to 90 days! CRAZY!

Also waiting, since March 25th. Received an email on April 24th that we have received your refund request. But still waiting.

Are you guys talking about an award ticket? Or paid ticket?

I cant decline the charge because i booked with chase ultimate rewards and they said that they need the airline's consent first which isn't forthcoming for around 90 days. If you have a paid ticket most agencies reccomend a charge back after the time alloted for the refund has past.

I waited a couple of weeks for a refund from AA. Filled out the DOT form today and refund was just approved. Either one big coincidence or it works
