I bought a suit from them in February. After 12 or so wearings the canvas is coming apart inside the suit. Indochino customer service blames it on "high heat at the cleaners".
Basically you overpay for what you get.

I got a suit. Wasn’t happy with any part of the fit (lack thereof). This is after the guy spent over an hour measuring me up and down. Plus the quality feels eh although I didn’t get the premium fabric.

They assure you that they'll take care if everything, and it's true. However, many people don't live right near a showroom so it's annoying to repeatedly return. If there's minor alterations needed (which even truly custom suits almost always need), I just go to a local tailor and get reimbursed by Indochino. If it's a bad fit to begin with, it could be much more of a hassle. Again, this is no different than any other custom suit in the sense that you might need multiple trips for alterations.

Very good sale prices on now at indochino..for 269. Alot of dark colors, including luxury Highbridge and Harrogate, as well as Hemsworth available for 299 -10% with code extra10
