Random charge from Regus, anyone?

I woke up to a nearly $1k charge from Regus the other day. My online account shows no invoices or subscriptions, and I haven't stepped foot into one of their locations for a good 5 years, which is before this CC account was opened. Obviously in the process of disputing with Amex, but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else here.

Billing dept closed and not responding to email. Only department taking calls was reservations, and they told me to just dispute it.

Filed dispute with Amex. Said it was going to be resolved no later than July 8. Logging back in, the date’s been pushed to August 28. Any advice?
