I don't see it saying newegg anywhere but I would confirm that it works with amazon before trying it.

Careful, when searching the item # or UPC ("# AWEP460JBECSTR / UPC 635753481693") on Amazon, a different one shows up. If the UPC is a bit different that's grounds for them to deny the rebate.

I ordered a Bluetooth using the link posted by bubbles. It came yesterday and guess wat - the upc on the package doesn't match the upc number on the rebate form.  :(
Anybody else have this problem?
Do think they will honor it even though it doesn't match?

I also ordered it using the Newegg link and got mine yesterday. by me on the bottom of the plastic packaging is a sticker with the correct UPC number.

@Saver2000   Yep, the WEP460 from newegg has a sticker on the bottom.  I was able to peel off all three without damaging either the sticker or the plastic clamshell.
