I doubt it. I don't think the law allows it. There have been bills proposed in various jurisdictions to change this.

OK but based on what was released from the medical examiner it’s hard for me to believe that he was killed by the officer
And please don’t mention the other report being that after some research it seems that he is more of a activist than a medical examiner

from when I saw the video I did not think he was Suffocated. The Medical examiners report Confirms that he did not die from suffocation. Rather, it was from cardiac arrest which I assume was partially if not mostly caused by the fentanyl and meth and methamphetamine. at most it was complicated by the police officers.

In other words I did not see and I do not know of a action committed that is known to cause death.

Was he negligent? Probably. Does he lack compassion? I would say yes. But did he kill someone? With the facts at hand I really don’t think so

The medical examiner also ruled it a homicide, just not in the same manner as the independent autopsy.

I do not believe you for a second that after watching the video you really do not think he was killed directly by that cop.
And saying this only after the first medical examiner submitted his findings, confirms that.

Read the comment section below. It doesn’t seem to mean homicide in the regular sense of the word

And personally it irks me to call it a independent autopsy. The sky comes every time there is alleged police brutality And confirms it
