I do not believe you for a second that after watching the video you really do not think he was killed directly by that cop.
And saying this only after the first medical examiner submitted his findings, confirms that.

What I thought has no bearing on the facts. I did not post because I didn’t have Facts, and wasn’t interested in starting a fire storm on my opinion alone. I mentioned it to plenty of my friends if that helps you.

ETA: I guess it could be the length of time he was on his neck. The Chicago cop was convicted not because he shot the suspect but because he shot him 16 times. At some point between 1 and 16 it became intentionally.

You need to read further that the one line you quoted on that page

Third-degree murder in Minnesota is causing someone’s death by one of two ways:

    A depraved heart or mind murder, which places others in eminent danger of death and disregarding human life (such as shooting a gun into a crowd for fun, but not intending to kill anyone)
