was very interested to hear from fellow DDF members who travel more than the average person what their thoughts on flying are as I haven't seen it discussed at all. I live in FLA and need to travelt to NYC in a few weeks. I'm flying on Jet Blue so the middle seat is empty but wondering if I am still being foolish...

I am for work. Doc says if I take proper precautions it shouldn't be a big deal. He also says we're the world's largest science experiment living in the largest test tube... Not very comforting...

I would think twice about flying today, but would probably do it if I really wanted to.

I have antibodies but DW doesn’t.

Also, I’ve read up on the air filtration systems they have in place.

If I didn't have antibodies I would not fly now.
Given that I do, I'd consider flying for a need, but wouldn't for pleasure yet.

Never mind the obvious risk factors, is flying with a face mask and near zero in-flight  service something you'd actually love to do?

I doubt he'd love flying for the sake of flying, but rather for the destination. At least that's the case with me. I'd love to fly right now - to get to somewhere interesting, even with Ryanair, 2 face masks and a face shield..
