No iPhone makes sense for purchase after the SE came out... except the 11... all specs are pretty much the same if not better in SE for brand new a cheaper price point

Just got 2x SE on T-mobile. Memorial Day weekend sale, free after 24 monthly credits, with trade in of an older iPhone (they had other trade in options as well).

Did one for DW, traded in her iPhone 7 (which itself was a “free” upgrade / trade in promo from an iPhone 6s back in September 2016).

Hopefully the new SE maintains some value and can keep the “free” upgrades going (still need to pay taxes and for the upgraded storage (128gb)).

Haha, I did exactly the same. Traded in 2x IPhone 7 (which was “free” as well) for 2x 128gb SE.

Funny lineup Apple has, with the SE having smaller/lower-quality screen and basic camera (with some new features like portrait) but the latest processor. Meanwhile they’re selling XR/XS that have bigger/better screens and arguably better camera but older processor.

I’m currently using a borrowed iPhone XR that I’ve been using for a few months, hope I won’t have a hard time adjusting back to the smaller SE (2020) screen.

No iPhone makes sense to purchase period! (Especially from a deal prospective)
But if your buying, you may want one that will last you through the day and with a little more then a 1821 mAH battery
