All their resources that were spent to get expensive clunky shuttles, nothing close to elon's dreams
YWN: SpaceX launched four astronauts to the International Space Station on Sunday on the first full-fledged taxi flight for NASA by a private company.

The Falcon rocket thundered into the night from Kennedy Space Center with three Americans and one Japanese, the second crew to be launched by SpaceX. The Dragon capsule on top — named Resilience by its crew in light of this year’s many challenges, most notably COVID-19 — was due to reach the space station late Monday and remain there until spring.

I say they shud have flown it at a higher altitude in order that when it rotates to come down it has more time to slow down.

SpaceX announced on Monday that it will launch four private individuals on a Crew Dragon capsule into orbit around the Earth for the Inspiration4 mission, dubbed "the world's first all-civilian mission" and scheduled to launch in the four quarter of 2021.

Elon Musk's company has announced several private missions in the past few years, including a deal with Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa to fly on the company's Starship rocket on a trip around the Moon in 2023. SpaceX also has space tourism deals with Axiom Space, which aims to fly four people to the International Space Station on a 10 day trip early next year, and Space Adventures, which plans to fly four tourists on a five day "free-flyer" trip to orbit by 2022.
