--

Ultimate Rewards points may be redeemed for a statement credit to Pay Yourself Back for purchases made at select merchants within the 90 days before the redemption request date.
Currently, only purchases made with your Chase card with Ultimate Rewards at restaurants and grocery stores (including takeout & eligible delivery services), and home improvement stores will qualify. For information about Chase rewards categories and an example of eligible merchants, please see our FAQs.
Categories, eligible merchants, and purchase transaction eligibility may change from time to time without notice.
Redemptions require a minimum of 1 point.
Each point you redeem for a statement credit towards eligible Pay Yourself Back purchases is worth $0.015, which means that 100 points equals $1.50 in redemption value. Chase has the right to change redemption values at any time.
Statement credits will post to the card account within 3 business days of a request to redeem and will appear on the monthly Chase credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Statement credits will reduce your balance but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment. Chase reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for a statement credit.
Even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won't qualify for rewards offers on purchases in that category

Depends on your state and whether you tell them they're being recorded.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I was under the assumption that you can product change as often as you want. I guess you always have to think about the risk of Chase AA.
See this comment and Dan’s response.

I was speaking to a Chase representative in regards to downgrading my Marriott CC. She mentioned that I can upgrade in the future if I decide to switch back but I should keep in mind that you are limited to two product changes per year.

I am missing something?
Does this mean if I have 1 million chase mounts, I can trade for 15000 amazon cards at grocery store?  And earn points on the purchase of the cards?

Yes. But if you are thinking about x5 grocery bonus, the limit is $1500.

FYI I ran a 19k transaction at home depot through the card assuming it would be repairs and maintenance like it has been in the past. The merchant (or chase) changed it to a different category so I wouldn’t be eligible for the pay yourself back! They definitely are playing games here

You can purchase Amazon gift cards in Lowe's.
Should also be reimbursed under home improvement
Do a test purchase before

But home improvement stores don't earn 5x points. Grocery stores do, through the end of the month.
