Very strange but I recall getting an empty bag as well for a small item I ordered.

If they were shipping listerine I would imagine they'd use a box  to prevent punctures so who know what went wrong

When I ordered, in the cart I was able to sign up for S&S at 5% off.  so it kept  my purchase price above $5. Perfect for for the rebate, yet less than full price!
So now I see it in my S&S with only 1 bottle in the product description.

Check your confirmation email

Amazon confirmation emails don't say what you ordered.
But on checking the order on Amazon, I see it's "On the way, but it's running late."
So I remember now, that when you S&S at 5% from your cart, you get one immediately at 5%, and then it's in your regular S&S rotation.
So, Amazon seems to think my shipment may be lost and is offering a 'refund or replacement'.
So all is not lost.

in my order its cutoff and when you click on the product it goes to the updated one that only shows 1 pk not 6

I got only one, called and they said to ship it back and they will send a 6 pack. I waited and the replacement was also 1. I already had sent in the rebate. When I called the second time they refunded the original amount and told me to keep the 2 for free.

I have one order like yours and one with the whole listing.

Received just one.
Chatted with customer service.  They promised to send six (and i could keep the one).
Didn't receive six replacements, just one additional bottle.
Chatted again: they refunded my money, and i got to keep two bottles of listerine.
All in all, not a bad outcome.  If i get the rebate money, even better.
