That is the way I look at them. So when I say businesses I mean those on the other side. It could be the a so-called government agency like USPS. You need one to keep the other side in check.

Has nothing to do with abuse within the organization.
Their are corrupt, evil, unethical or what ever one want to call them people all over the place. Business, government, unions and workers. The best we can do is have check and balance and unions are a part of that.
