An innocent black man gets murdered by white cops and Trumps response is we need to look into it.
Mostly black protesters, looters, rioters or what ever you want to call them and Trumps response is they should be met with vicious dogs or be shot.
Why should any black person not come to the conclusion he is racist and does not care about them?

You didn’t answer the question, what good reason could someone possibly have for looting? I could think of reasons why the cop killed him, even if those reasons are far fetched

He said it was wrong and he directed the AG to investigate it, that's much more than "we need to look into it".
