I'm not sure why you have an issue with the wording. He did things that warranted consequences. The ultimate consequence, his getting shot and dying, was disproportionate to his actions and undeserved, but still a result of his actions. (And again, to beat the dead horse, this has nothing to do with the cop still needing to be responsible for her actions, as well.)

I do think the reason CV thinks so many people are racist here is because most of the people on this forum have opinions based in torah (with or without realizing it) and although we live in the same society we do not all see things in the same way....not only that but we as Jews aren't meant to relate to the world like everyone else does
(for example if something forbidden by the torah becomes legal and accepted by all it still would be wrong to us)
