You think this is true? There is no inherent injustice in our system.
If you don't know or understand the problem how are you going to solve it?
Its easy to just talk about injustice and white privilege. I’m familiar with the higher education system where faculty and often students are coerced to “confess their guilt” and come to terms with the travesty of their white privilege and how everything is their fault. But that is a false narrative.
It’s a long discussion but liberal policies have severely harmed the African American community in encouraging the breakdown of the family unit, in education, by disincentivising self sufficiency, by negativly impacting upward mobility and opportunity and a multitude of other areas. There certainly is injustice and bias in the system but that is far from the whole story. To blame it all on white privilege is to ignore the elephant in the room. Relative to several decades ago, liberal policies, especially in dense urban majority African American cities (Newark, Camden, Detroit, etc.) are an increasing component of the disparity impacting that community.
