IMHO, no. Though I am sure I have done so, it's not the correct thing to do. The *behavior* can be animalistic, the person is a human being created in G-d's Divine image.
"I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Ok but that doesn't answer the question. Are you saying if one believes they behave like an animal you should call them an animal?
A lot here are using the word "animals" to describe rioters and looters. I have used the same word to describe other criminals. My question is should we be describing other humans no matter how awful we think they are as basically sub-human?
That is essentially what they are trying to say.
Does any of this work on mobile?
On iPhone I've found Opera browser privacy tab to be able to open most paywall restricted articles.
Quotes in a signature is annoying, as it comes across as an independent post.

That is a civil rights violation and each officer who was involved in that should be disciplined.
We need to slow down and get the whole story.
Guys, take a screenshot of this ASAP!
WOW!!!https://www.gofundme.com/f/georgefloyd
Unless they were escorting him to some award ceremony for his courage, there is something seriously messed up about this. Those cops should all be fired and more.
What if they thought he was involved in another crime? We should wait until we at least hear one side of the story.
and not let my blood pressure go up to high.
