at the moment, but the titles don't look great for the police. (Also, if you've never

From the video it seems Like the perp turns around and aims the taser at the cop. I would be surprised if the threat of being incapacitated in such a situation, doesn’t warrant the use of deadly force.

Police have a saying for this "lawful but awful".
They were not incapacitated. There were two officers. He was also shot in the back. Pretty hard to that with him coming at you.

Yes he was trying to get away. He was shot twice in the back.

Yep something is wrong. That we have people driving drunk, falling asleep at the wheel and then getting into fights with cops and stealing their taser. That is extremely messed up. Im not sure where you grew up but where I'm from we don't drive drunk and don't get into fights with cops and take things from them. It's really messed up that we have people like that

No that is messed up. No one is disagreeing with that. Them to compound the messed up situation they shot the guy in the back as he is running away.

Many believe that and many don't. That is why I said there should be an investigation before anyone is fired.

You believe that the police shouldnt have shot him while 'running away' what else should they have done to stop him.

If he could have gotten to his car he needed to be stopped at whatever cost.

If he was running away on foot... what do you think the cops should have done?

Are such things not possible? Is there no way to shoot and only wound (intentionally)?
