Anyway, you seemed to not understand the reality in NYC... it's not as simple as:

It is not easy to own/buy a gun in NYC? I am not talking about concealed carry.

A law abiding citizen filling out the proper paper work will not be able to buy a gun for home protection?

It would seem denial for home protection would be a SCOTUS slam dunk win.

I don't buy they are unconstitutional. Why wouldn't they be challenged? Chicago laws were challenged and had to be changed.
