Getting out of sprint contract

I have a sprint contract I signed up for about three months ago but I never got the phone with it and I want to leave the contract is there any way our of it? Can I use the fact that I didn't get avphone yet?

You need to go to them with a reason why you should be allowed to leave without paying. Try calling.

If your desperate enough,  try calling them 40,000 times this month (probably more like 40 times, but this article says 40,000)

I happened to have a issue with them earlier so could be that helped but I explained why I didn't call earlier (I started in the summer so I said that I thought it didn't work because I was in the mountains and then I return to new york and still didn't work so I called and he gave me a airave which didn't either work and that's why I only called now
