Starwood points to Israel

I have gotten the Starwood card (thanks dansdeals) and would like to go to Israel for the last week in December, for as free as possible. Could I please have a completely detailed explanation of how to go about doing this? Thanks!

Lets say about 60000 between my card and my wife's two cards.
