Citi Dividend Card $350 cash back bonus

Just got an offer in the mail for something called the Citi Dividend card with an offer for $350 cash back after spending $800 in the first 3 months.  Anyone else get this offer, think it's worthwhile?

Is this the fee-free card?
I have it (old card w/ no annual fee so no need to cancel) and they once gave me 100 b/c it was a promotion going on, and I complained.

Can you post up any offer codes, and I'll try to get matched?
